I acknowledge that I will submit a completed background screening report for every volunteer 18 years of age or older. Each adult chaperone and pastor is also required to complete and submit proof of an abuse prevention training.
Upon reservation, churches are responsible for a $100/non-refundable deposit per registration. Churches may reduce this number before March 1, 2027 without an additional charge. Beginning March 2, 2027, churches are responsible for the entire billable amount.
I understand that all deposits are non-refundable. Payments for registration deposits are due within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Reservations will be cancelled after 30 days of invoice receipt if invoices are left unpaid. Unused deposit amounts may not be applied/transferred to the final balance due.
I understand that beginning March 2, 2027, this church is responsible for all outstanding fees related to the registration.
Final date to register is May 1, 2027. Final payments are due May 31, 2027.
Upon receiving your Group Reservation, Clarity Camp Staff will send an invoice for the $100/person non-refundable deposit within 3-5 business days. Payments for registration deposits are due upon receipt of the invoice. Reservations will be cancelled after 30 days of invoice receipt if invoices are left unpaid. Credit card payments are not accepted.
After Clarity Camp receives payment, you will receive a confirmation of payment email, as well as the Group Leader Checklist with next steps and important dates from now until camp. You will also receive a Google Sheet that will be updated with registrations as they are received.
In the fall, you will receive a separate registration link.. This registration is required by each person attending camp, and is required to be completed by May 1, 2027.
